Affordable Wedding Packages

Congratulations on your engagement! We know there are a lot of plans to make, including choosing your wedding venue.

There’s so much that makes your wedding reception at the Garden Vista Ballroom extra special, including our affordable, all-inclusive $5000 reception package. We also have customized catering packages to accommodate your guest list and budget. Our wedding packages include beautifully set tables, a delicious buffet, soft drinks and drink mixers, wait staff, tax and tip for your party.

If you’d like to hold your wedding ceremony at Garden Vista, our wedding chapel is available for a $500 fee.

Wedding Amenities

We want to make sure you can relax about the details and focus on getting ready for your wedding reception. Your comfort is as important to us as it is to you, and our team is committed to creating a beautiful lasting memory for you and your friends and family.
  • Your party will be the only party that day. Your vendors (florist, band, photographer, etc.) will have ample access to the ballroom and you’ll have the full attention of our professional staff
  • Ask about special touches to add to your day such as a cocktail hour, plated dinner, centerpieces, bride & groom settings, throne/queen’s chair, wedding cake/dessert
  • We offer the services of an on-site event coordinator on the day of your wedding to manage all the details
  • Enjoy private preparation time with your bridal party in our bridal room
  • Free valet parking for your guests

Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic NJ wedding venue in Passaic, NJ. Our catering hall dates back to the 1920s, and our beautifully restored ballroom has hosted hundreds of NJ wedding receptions and other special events since our renovation and reopening in 2008. Historic touches surround you as you make your grand entrance down our elegant staircase to your wedding guests waiting below. Couples from throughout northern New Jersey, New York City, and Rockland County have created their own wedding history in our historic catering hall.
