Our all-inclusive $5000 reception package (for a minimum of 100 people) includes:

We offer several all-inclusive options (food, service, tax), at pricing based on the days of the week. Our service fee is 20%. Each of these cost-effective packages can be expanded to accommodate 170 guests.

Potluck Option
At Garden Vista Ballroom, we know that many families want to contribute part of the meal or make it themselves as a personal gesture of love. Our NJ catering hall is the perfect place for a beautiful potluck party. With our potluck option, you supply all the food, and rent our Ballroom, equipment, and staff to set up, serve and clean up (not available on Saturdays).
Outside Caterers Welcome
Clients may also rent our beautiful Ballroom and bring in an outside caterer for their reception or corporate event. We welcome outside caterers who provide kosher meals, halal meals, accommodate other dietary needs, or specialize in ethnic cuisine.
Liquor and bar
service policy
- The Garden Vista bar setup includes soft drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite), juices, all the necessary mixers and condiments, and bar equipment. If there is to be a signature drink served at your event, please let us know so that we can provide all the necessary ingredients.
- Clients provide their own liquor which our bartenders will serve. The Garden Vista Ballroom team will guide you on quantities to order. We have established relationships with preferred local stores and can arrange your order and delivery to save you time if you desire.
- All unused liquor will be packaged up and returned to you at the end of the reception
- Beverage service is limited to the Ballroom for five hours from the start of the event.
